The Villa

Detached villa, attractively furnished, completed
in 2005, overlooking palm tree plantation, all
within your own spacious private walled garden,
with its own palm trees!
The tiled pool area covers 300sq mtrs complete
with your own private swimming pool.

The villa has a shallow 45cm pool attatched to
the 7 x 4mtr adult pool which is ideal for families
with young children.
The villa has a shaded area in the garden,
again ideal for young children during the height
of summer.
The pool area is bathed in sun between April
to October.

Local amenities are a 10 minute walk and a
5 minute car drive to the local beach.

Parking is on street or within your own drive.

Villa upgrades.

Upgraded electrical supply, generally this means that you are able to run several electrical items without the power trip switching off whilst in the middle of something. Eeeehhh!

Hot water supply tank has been increased in size.

Lounge with dining area.

Two sofas, dining table and chairs, satellite UK TV, DVD player, games, books etc, with integral aircon. A further dining/sitting area can be found in the glazed summer room leading from the lounge to the pool.

Kitchen

Well appointed kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, iron and board, clothes drying rack, pots n pans and all that sort of stuff.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, aircon. Double doors lead to a south facing gallery with 2 chairs and coffee table, has open views toward San Fulgencio. The upstairs hall has a child safety gate at the stairwell top.

Two further bedrooms both with twin beds, aircon. One of the bedrooms leads to a large gallery, looking toward the mountains, just the spot if you are looking for some peace and quite to read a book or catch some rays!

Bathrooms

Downstairs bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs family bathroom with shower/ bath. The showers both have power heads.

Outside

Swimming pool: with attached splash pool

Ideal for younger children is a 1.5 x 1.5mtr pool just 45cm deep linked to a 7 x 4mtr adult pool with corner roman steps.

Outside pool shower, 6 sun loungers, large stone BBQ, stone 6 place table and benches, further table with brolly and 6 chairs. Toy store with pool inflatables etc. 2 clothes drying racks. Last but not least “The sun - woo woo!”

So how far to the shops ?

A 15 minute walk (2 minutes by car) will take you to the closest commercial area with a number of restaurants. You have gotta try the ice cream shop! Cafe bars, bakery, Pizza, Chinese and Fish and Chips!! Take aways all within this area. There is also a bank with a cashline and large supermarket. A further 5 or 6 minutes by foot will take you to the main street where once more all the above are available. As well as these 2 areas La Marina has several further shopping areas that you may like to investigate. The urb also has a couple of pharmacies, doctor, dentist etc. Market days are Thursday and Sunday from 9.00am until 14.00, which is about a 20 minute walk.
